Subdivision holds grand-opening


Baldwin Park, a subdivision off Boring Road, held its grand-opening Thursday, Sept. 25.

Baldwin Park is a Saddlebrook Community.

The subdivision includes 38 lots, two with pre-built homes on corner lots and one already sold. Buyers choose from 11 home plans, all customizable. Homes start at $449,900.

The subdivision has a single entrance, subdivision restriction and underground electric, telephone, cable and gas service.

In the center of the subdivision is a large knoll and common area, landscaped by Cindy Reno of Saddlebrook Landscaping.

Saddlebrook awarded several door prizes to visitors during the grand-opening.


Mike Sutton won a Saddlebrook Landscape package, Ed Sedlmeier won a flat screen television, Al Farrington won an interior design package, Kathy Macht won a granite countertop, Harrison Painter won a Wildwood vanity cabinet, Nancy Gaines won hardwood flooring, Debbie Holloway won a Ferguson gift card, Donna Witt won composite decking, Cindy Bryant won a closet organizer, Annette Wickenden won a Delta sink faucet and Wanda Rader won a Stokes gift card
