Renaissance eateries mark anniversaries


Deron Little’s restaurants, Seasons Café and Webster’s Deli, are celebrating anniversaries this fall.

“It’s a dream come true. It’s definitely exceeded our expectations,” Little, executive chef and owner of the Renaissance development’s restaurants, said.

“There’s been a tremendous amount of support and loyalty from Tellico Village to Farragut, from patrons. They seem to be interested in a very high quality product at a very reasonable price,” he added.

Seasons Café, Little’s first restaurant in Renaissance, celebrated its second anniversary in September.


“We wanted the restaurant to be used more than just for special events. One of the reasons we named it Seasons was so people would spend the different seasons of their lives here,” Little said.

Seasons is well known for its community events such as wine dinners and cooking classes. The restaurant also caters.

“We felt that sharing some of this, the wine dinners and cooking classes, would enhance customers’ lives and also bring value to the restaurant,” Little said.

Webster’s Deli, Little’s literary-themed eatery, is marking a year in November.

“We knew the Webster’s concept offered a very unique product that eventually, when there are several buildings out here, it’s something that’s going to be needed,” Little said.

“Webster’s has just been a joy. We’ve actually been really pleased with that concept and the way it’s come together.

“It’s been a very positive experience,” he added.
