James Wiggins, from town of Farragut’s Public Works department places a town of Farragut holiday banner on the new stop light in front of farragutpress Friday, Nov. 14. The banners can be seen at stoplights along Kingston Pike within Town limits and are the first of many holiday decorations that will go up in anticipation of the “Light up Farragut” campaign, which begins Saturday, Nov. 22.
