Pinnacle Financial Partners
Heather Mays - Thu, Mar, 26, 2009
Farragut will be gaining another financial institution in the Brooklawn development in coming months.
Pinnacle Financial Partners presented Farragut Municipal Planning Commission with plans for the building’s design Thursday, March 19.
According to David Bailey, architect of the building, Pinnacle is “in simple terms, a bank, but in more complex terms, financial consulting.”
Because the bank is more devoted to consulting, the business will not have high volumes of traffic, although two drive-through and one ATM lane are included in the design.
The building’s design was approved as compatible with the external aesthetics of Kroger Marketplace and The Little Gym.
Pinnacle will be constructed largely of brick and stucco, with a white metal sloped roof. The bricks are shades “compatible” with the other Brooklawn buildings, but not identical. Pinnacle’s building will not include red brick.
Pinnacle is based out of Nashville, with locations only in Tennessee.
