County voice?

The town of Farragut presently has no direct voice on Knox County Commission. County Commission decides how much money schools and police are allotted. The Commission also negotiates the Rural Metro Fire and Ambulance serice contract. Should the town of Farragut comprise a whole Knox County Commission District? Should the Town be divided by County redistricting? Do you think Farragut gets adequate respresentation having no Town citizen on County Commission? Does it matter?
