Wrecks clog Farragut traffic flow

Westbound traffic was reduced to one lane after a three-vehicle rear-end accident occurred at the intersection of Kingston Pike and Peterson Road late Friday afternoon, May 8. Knox County Sheriff’s Office reported no injuries. Rural Metro First Responders were dispatched.
