Parade blows them away ....

John and Pam Bumgardner are literally “blown away” by the wash from a Knox County Sheriff’s Office helicopter that was hovering above the Kingston Pike parade route for the 22nd annual town of Farragut Independence Day Parade, Saturday, July 4. The Bumgardners were able to hold down their umbrella but many of their fellow spectators experienced flying hats.
