The Most Rev. Richard Stika, bishop of the Diocese of Knoxville, anoints the walls of St. John Neumann Catholic Church with Holy Chrism Oil during the dedication mass for the church Sunday, July 12. The Farragut church is the newest in the Catholic Church’s 166-year history in East Tennessee.
