Piano Gallery moves

American Piano Gallery is moving to a larger space in Turkey Creek.

“We’ll be able to get more involved with the community in our new store,” Piano Gallery representative Greg Scribner said.

“We’ll have a recital hall, which is the biggest thing for teachers and organizations, and we can do a lot of free events now, bring people in.

“We’ll be doing a lot for kids, having a lot of events for kids. We’ll be able to bring them in and broaden their horizons about pianos and concert artists,” he added.

The larger space, in the former M Boutique, also will allow for more retail space and more visibility.

“We’ll finally be able to display Steinway pianos out front,” Scribner said.

“We’re just two doors down,” he added.

American Piano Gallery already is moved into its new location, 11651 Parkside Drive, and will celebrate its grand re-opening Jan. 22-24.

“That’s when we’ll have our ribbon cutting and a lot of our free events,” Scribner said.

Other free events will follow throughout the year, he added.

Besides Steinways, American Piano Gallery sells Boston, Essex, Story and Clark and Kohler and Campbell pianos.
