Congestion at Parkside Drive and Campbell Station Road

A caller to presstalk has advised that traffic at times turning left from Parkside Drive onto S. Campbell Station Road blocks eastbound traffic off Grigsby Chapel Road. Have you experienced a problem at this intersection? If so, what would improve the situation? Should Knox County have an officer at the intersection? Who would pay for the officer?
