FHS valedictorians

Farragut High School valedictorians for the class of 2010 are Kevin Ye, right, and Alex Vaz. Both earned a GPA of 4.625. Both have taken rigorous courses of study including many honors and advanced placement courses. In addition, Kevin received a perfect 36 on his ACT. He was awarded the Tennessee Alumni Assoc-iation’s Certificate for Excellent Achievement, attended Tennessee Boy’s State, Tennessee Governor’s School for the Sciences and is a National Merit Finalist. Alex has been named an Advanced Placement Scholar with Distinction. He has been inducted into the National Honor Roll and the National Society of High School Scholars. He also earned a Certificate of Recognition at the Congressional Student Leadership Conference and is a National Merit Commended Scholar.
