• Town of Farragut and Putt-Putt Golf & Games of Farragut will offer a dose of free fun at the 19th annual Free Day of Putt-Putt Monday, Sept. 20. • Free to Breathe 5K Run/1 Mile Walk unites people passionate about raising money to fight lung cancer. Event is Saturday, Oct. 16, in Village Green Subdivision, Jamestowne Boulevard, Farragut. • University of Georgia Alumni Club of Knoxville, estimated around 850 strong, is looking to reestablish East Tennessee ties. Future events include a community service project, family day at Ijams Nature Center, undergraduate networking event and admissions seminar for 8th-11th-graders. For each UGA Bulldogs football game this fall, the club has tapped Spice Rack Cantina off Kingston Pike as the group's official game-watching spot, gathering each Saturday 30 minutes prior to kickoff.
