Park + Alley opens, offers home style, décor options

A new business has located in the heart of Farragut.

Park + Alley Marketplace held its grand opening Saturday, Aug. 12, at 102 N. Campbell Station Road, next door to 35 North.

Owner and principal Crystal McNamee said she was “excited” to open what is her first brick-and-mortar location in Farragut after having established the business previously as a resident in Seattle, Washington.

“We see this as a one stop shop for real estate, home styling, home décor and gifts,” she said during the grand opening, which featured an up-close look at unique home furnishings, a sampling of charcuterie and fresh cut flowers for sale in the parking lot.

“We have specialty ‘found’ tags on our one-of-a-kind items we sell, and we also offer vintage items, too,” McNamee said.

The owner said she moved to Farragut “about a-year-and-a-half ago. We decided during COVID that we wanted to move closer to sunshine, and we just love it here.”

She settled on the business location when she happened by Summer Moon coffee shop, which is in the same development.

“I stopped here for coffee and saw the ‘for lease’ sign here, and I realized what a great location it would be.”

She said Park + Alley “specializes in full-service residential real estate all over East Tennessee and are here to help anyone looking to buy, sell or style their homes.”

Hours for the store are 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., Tuesday through Friday; 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Saturday; and closed Sunday and Monday. Real estate and home styling services are offered seven days a week by appointment.

Currently, McNamee said she has three brokers at the Farragut location, as well as administrative assistant Ashley Bailey, and two brokers at the Seattle location.
