• May 5: A Lost Tree Road resident reported to Knox County Sheriff’s Office a suspect, who recently was terminated from the complainant’s company, took several watches and other items from the complainant’s vehicle. The loss is estimated to be about $9,000.

• May 2: A representative from Marshall’s department store off Parkside Drive reported to police that a male suspect took clothing from the store without paying for it, then left in a vehicle driven by a female. Police were advised the vehicle had Tennessee license tags and of the tag number.

• May 2: A representative of Matlock Tire off Kingston Pike, Knox County, reported to police that Matlock staff observed an unknown suspect attempt to take keys from the business key drop box. Upon arrival, officers noticed a vehicle radio antenna with its tip bent in a hook-like fashion laying on the gournd. Nothing appeared to be missing from the business.
