• May 25: Knox County Sheriff’s Office was notified by a representative of Dixie Lee Wine & Liquors that a man came into the store and placed a bottle of Jim Beam in his shorts, then ran from the building without paying for the alcohol.

• May 25: KCSO was notified by an Easter Drive resident that his wallet was taken from his golf bag while he was at the Willow Creek Golf Club driving range. Missing was $300 in cash and various credit cards.

• May 25: KCSO arrested a Gallaher View Road woman after a Kohl’s department store employee witnessed her removing tags from garments and stuffing the clothing down the front of her pants. The suspect then left the store without paying for the items and was stopped in the parking lot. The items were valued in excess of $500.


• May 24: A Farragut Commons Drive resident reported to KCSO that several items valued at about $600 were taken from his unlocked vehicle.

• May 23: KCSO was notified by Andover Place homeowners’ association that someone had vandalized the subdivision’s entrance sign lamp. Damage is estimated to be about $500.

• May 21: A Pinewood Drive woman notified KCSO that someone had taken her cell phone from her desk at her Snyder Road workplace. No suspects. Phone was valued at $60.

• May 21: A Blackstone Drive resident reported to KCSO that someone had taken several handguns from his closet. The missing handguns were valued at about $5,000.

• May 20: A Bar Harbour Way resident reported to KCSO that someone had taken his debit card from his locker at The Rush off Kingston Pike.
