• HUTCHESON, Larry A.,
age 58, of Knoxville lost his battle with cancer on Saturday evening, July 2, 2011 at The University of Tennessee Medical Center. Larry was a veteran of the U.S. Army and served with the 101st Airborne Division in Vietnam. He was preceded in death by his adopted mother, Opal Johnson. He is survived by his wife of 15 years, Cassie; sons, Keith and Charles Hutcheson; daughters, Lisa and Natalie Hutcheson; five grandchildren; mother, Hattie Hibbs; stepsons, John Edmonds and wife, Ashley, Jeremy Edmonds and wife, Tracy; sister, Linda Hutcheson; half-sister, Sherri Hartman; half-brothers, Gary Blair and Dale Blair. The family will receive friends from 6 to 7 p.m. on Wednesday at the Click Funeral Home Farragut Chapel with funeral services to follow at 7 p.m. with the Rev. Ray Buchanan officiating. • HENSLEY, Brenda Dunagan,
age 40, of Knoxville passed away suddenly Tuesday, June 28, 2011, at her home. Brenda was a loving and devoted wife and mother. She recently retired from the U.S. Postal Service with 12 years of service at Weisgarber and Farragut locations. Brenda enjoyed traveling with her family, especially to Disney World. She was preceded in death by her father, Joseph Patrick Dunagan Jr. Brenda is survived by her husband of 17? years, Joe Hensley; son, Cameron Patrick Von Hensley; daughter, Joanna DeVon Hensley; mother, Mona Dunagan; brother, Robert Earl “Bobby” Dunagan and wife, Anna; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Ray and Anna Hensley; sister-in-law, DeVon Rogers and husband, Jim; several cousins, nieces, nephews and friends. • PITTMAN, D. Louise,
age 81, of Knoxville, formerly of Houston, Texas, passed away Sunday, July 3, 2011. Louise was born May 10, 1930, in Abilene, Texas, to Marshall and Cecilé Mullins, and married Larry Pittman on April 11, 1952. Her greatest joy in life was the love and company of her extended family. She was preceded in death by her husband; her parents; sisters, Marceil Kevil and Maxine Buxton; brothers-in-law, Marvin Baker, JD Kevil and Joe Bain. Louise is survived by daughters, Jackie Brown (David) and Teresa Pittman; two grandsons; sisters, Lucille Bain and Ann Baker; aunt, LaVerna Martin; and numerous nieces and nephews. • ANSPAUGH, Ethel Lydia,
92, of Knoxville, formerly of Chicago, Ill., passed away Monday, July 4, 2011. She was a lifelong member of First Edison Park United Church of Christ in Chicago. Ethel was a loving mother. She was preceded in death by her husband, Arthur Anspaugh. Ethel is survived by her daughter, Ruth Ann Kazmar and husband, Richard; son, Alan Anspaugh and wife, Robin; several nieces and nephews. • RAYFORD, Thomas Ryon,
age 38, of Fairhope, Ala., was born Feb. 26, 1973, in Rushville, Ind., and left this world to rest in God’s arms Sunday, June 26, 2011. Ryon was a 1991 graduate of Piggott High School, Piggott Ark., and was an alumnus of Rhodes College in Memphis. Over the years, Ryon worked as a dietary service employee and will be missed by his co-workers and friends at Carroll Place Assisted Living in Fairhope. Ryon was preceded in death by grandparents, Ross and Helen Bulmer. He is survived by his parents, Thomas Joseph and Sandra (Bulmer) Rayford; grandparents, Thomas J. and Suanna G. Rayford; brother, Shane Ross Rayford, his wife, Dawn and their children. The Rayford family would like to give special thanks to a very dear friend, Jeff Mog of Fairhope.
