Christmas greetings overload

Getting out of her vehicle, Allison Coggin attempts to gain leverage in order to stuff a few of her letters into one of three almost overflowing perimeter collection boxes at United States Post Office, Farragut branch, just after 11 a.m., Tuesday morning, Dec. 20. Letters were so tightly packed that many customers, during a roughly 15-minute stretch, simply drove by without attempting to “stuff” their letters, either shaking their heads or throwing up their arms in disgust. At 11:22 a.m., a postal employee finally arrived to “unstuff” the boxes.
