Johnson scores 17

Senior post Glory Johnson (Webb 2008) scored a team-high 17 points for UT's Lady Vols despite a 61-60 upset loss at Kentucky Jan. 12.


Goltry's Wofford career ends

Alex Goltry, Wofford College (S.C.) senior starting defensive end (BHS 2008), finished his career with 26 tackles (9.5 for lost yardage) in 10 games for the Terriers.



Dupree contributing at UTC

Faith Dupree, a redshirt sophomore post at UT-Chattanooga (Webb 2009), is averaging 7.4 points and 2.4 rebounds in eight games as a Lady Moccasin.

Head coach Jon Webb's Orioles finished a perfect 9-0 as Farragut Baseball, Inc. fall champions.

Freshman guard Lauren Trent (HVA 2011) already is contributing as a Maryville College Lady Scot basketball player, playing in five games (2.8 points per game).



Despins, Christian rank high

Lucas Despins, FHS hockey junior, leads KAHA High School League in points per game (2.20) while teammate Dakota Christian, sophomore goalie, is No. 2 in fewest goals per game allowed at 5.23 (five games).
