Lundgren, Robinson wed June 19
Megan Marie Lundgren and James Wells Robinson joined in Holy Matrimony during a 7 p.m., June 19, ceremony held at St. John Neumann Catholic Church in Farragut.
The Rev. G. Patrick Garrity officiated.
The bride’s parents are Mr. and Mrs. Rob Lundgren of Knoxville. She is the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. William Atkinson of Norwood, Ohio, and the late Mr. and Mrs. John Lundgren of East Longmeadow, Mass.
A 2001 graduate of Knoxville Catholic High School, she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in communications in 2005.
She currently is an event manager at Ross Bridge Resort in Birmingham, Ala.
The groom’s parents are Mr. and Mrs. Donald J. Robinson of Montgomery, Ala. He is the grandson of Mrs. C. James Robinson and the late former Mayor Jim Robinson of Montgomery and of Mr. and Mrs. Larry C. Manning of the late Mr. John Paul Nodine of Montgomery.
A 2001 graduate of St. James High School, he received a Bachelor of Science degree in political science from the University of Alabama in 2005.
He currently is pursuing JD and MBA degrees at the University of Alabama.
Honor attendants were the bride’s three sisters, Amy Lundgren of Knoxville, Cassie Lundgren of Los Angeles, Calif. and Christy Polito of Stevenson Ranch, Calif.
Best Man was the groom’s father, Donnie Robinson of Montgomery.
The bride’s wedding party members were Melissa Hartmann, Lauren Morgan, Emily Price and Kim Sexton of Birmingham, Ala.; Sally Corley of Montgomery, Erin Feaga of Helotes, Texas, Laura Neergaard of Nashville and Genevieve Robinson of Tampa, Fla. Junior bridesmaid was Amanda Polito of Stevenson Ranch. Flower girls were Jenna and Mia Polito of Stevenson Ranch.
The groom’s wedding party members were John Neal Robinson of Tampa, Nico Corley, Nick Prillaman and Glen Suits Jr. of Montgomery; Bernie Brannan and Brannon Reaves of Tuscaloosa, Ala., David Donaldson of Jasper, Ala., Brad Forsling of Atlanta, Ga., Jason Golden of Saraland, Ala., Clay Lapeyrouse of Mobile, Ala. and Chris Werts of Panama City, Fla. Ring bearer was Charlie Perdue of Atlanta.
The couple honeymooned in St. Lucia and now resides in Tuscaloosa.
