• Clarity Pointe, a memory care community in Farragut, has received the Outstanding Sales Achievement Award and 100 Percent Sold Award at the Life Care Services’ biennial sales conference in Chicago. The honor recognizes Mary Lynne Payne, marketing director, and Kathy Coffey, executive director, for having met or exceeded budgeted gross sales or movein goals over 24 straight months.

• Jenny Shreeve has been promoted from Human Resources director to Human Resources vice president at Emory Valley Center. Shreeve has been employed by EVC since May 2012, when she joined the agency as a Human Re-source specialist. Since then, she had held positions as HR manager in 2013 and HR director in 2014. She also has worked in government and private for-profit enterprises.

• Tim G. Holland has been named Grace Christian Academy’s new

head of Upper School. Holland comes to GCA with 13 years of teaching, coaching and administrative experience. His latest position was head of Upper School at The Pine School, a prep school in Stuart, Fla.

• The University of Tennessee Medical Center Heart Lung Vascular Institute and Brain and Spine Institute received three recognitions from American Heart Association and American Stroke Association

for their Get with the Guidelines quality-improvement programs. Get with the Guidelines puts AHA’s and ASA’s expertise to work for hospitals nationwide and helps hospital care teams ensure care provided to patients is aligned with the latest research-based guidelines.
