• At 1:45 p.m., Thursday, June 14, an Oakland Hills Point complainant called Knox County Sheriff’s Office Teleserve Unit to report a theft. She advised the suspect, who was allowed inside the residence during the theft, was the only other person who had access to a missing white-gold custom diamond wedding band, with a value listed at $7,000. She advised the suspect, who was hired to renovate the house’s deck, had gone through her bedroom where the ring was located, which was necessary to gain access to the deck. Complainant advised she confronted the suspect regarding the theft but he denied any involvement.

• At 9:57 a.m., June 14, a victim called KCSO North Precinct to report an incident at Pinnacle Bank, 241 Brooklawn St. According to the victim, between 5 and 5:30 p.m., Saturday, June 9, person(s) unknown apparently used a counterfeit card with his ComData card number to get $800 from an ATM machine located at Pinnacle Bank. He said the suspect(s) also went to a BB&T Bank in the Rocky Hill area around 9:50 a.m., Sunday, June 10, attempting to get more money at an ATM, but the account was empty.

• At 3:04 p.m., Tuesday, June 12, a Lady Slipper Lane complainant filed a report with KCSO West Precinct on an incident. She advised she gave her credit card numbers to the suspect, who was an IT Works distributor. She advised several unauthorized purchases have been made with her card numbers. She advised $11,080.97 was made online to IT Works and $3,599.37 to Amazon. Complainant said she contacted the suspect and advised she hasn’t used the e-mail address associated with the purchases in a long time. The suspect advised her account was hacked.

• At 8:33 p.m., Monday, June 11, a Spring Drive complainant called KCSO to report a theft at Summit View of Farragut, 12823 Kingston Pike. Complainant advised her debit card was stolen around 3 p.m., June 11, after she placed her wallet in the break room around 3 p.m. At 5 p.m. she realized the card had been stolen.

• At 8:40 p.m., June 10, a W. Third Avenue complainant called KCSO Teleserve Unit to report a theft from Walgreen’s, 11927 Kingston Pike. Complainant advised he received a text message from his bank to confirm a withdrawal of $203, but did not see it quick enough to respond “no.” Complainant advised he called Walgreen’s, saying the store spokesperson said they do have a suspect on camera struggling to withdraw the money — but would not release any information from the video.

• At 8:48 a.m., Thursday, June 7, a Pony Express Drive complainant called KCSO Teleserve Unit to report an incident. He advised at midnight, Thursday, May 31, he noticed the suspect, who is an ex-employee of his, leaving his neighborhood with what appeared to be the complainant’s Warner extension ladder in the ex-employee’s truck. He advised the ladder was no longer on his property. He stated Monday, June 4, he drove to the suspect’s house and saw his ladder and contacted him regarding it and he admitted to having the ladder. Value of ladder was listed at $200.
