Station West tenants have estimated ‘February to April’ range of opening

Farragut residents await the opening of Station West shopping center, located off North Campbell Station Road near Interstate 40/75, with construction in its final stages.

“All of the spaces have been turned over to the tenants, and each of those tenants are in the process of beginning their build-outs,” said John Osborne, a partner with Fiser Inc.

“The parking lot should be paved within the first couple of weeks of the new year, so we’re headed down the home stretch for sure,” he added. “We’re thrilled with the progress of the building/ Our contractor, GW Reagan, did a fantastic job from day one and managed to stick to a very aggressive timeline. We believe the new building is a huge improvement over the previous one and are pleased with how it turned out.

“We don’t have a hard open date per se, mainly because each of our tenants will be opening on their timeline.”

However, he added, “Our best guess is that those businesses will open at various times between the months of February and April.”

Those tenants include Dunkin Donuts and Elliott’s Boots, the latter of which “many will recall occupied the original building,” and American Family Care, Osborne said.

“We’re thrilled with our lineup of tenants, from the three I just named in the front building to all the existing tenants who will remain in the back building,” he added.

Osborne also said he is pleased at “just how involved the Town of Farragut was in making this improved center a reality.”

“They were alongside us every step of the way,” he added.

“They even took time to meet with some of our tenants to discuss the signage for the center.

“Mark Shipley, Bart Hose and everyone else at the Town of Farragut were fantastic sounding boards and were great to work with, so a big thank you to them,” Osborne added.

He added the public could expect “really just the same great businesses that have always been there, along with a couple of new ones added to the mix.

“The only real difference is that they’ll be operating on a new and improved property, which we feel improves the aesthetics of a very prominent stretch of Farragut,” Osborne said. “For many, that run of Campbell Station Road is the first impression the Town casts upon them, and this brand new building will be one of the first structures they see.

“And, we think they’ll really the way it looks,” he said. “We hope everyone will go out and support the tenants who make Station West possible.”
