Tapestry at Turkey Creek, a 220-unit luxury apartment community, has opened its doors and revealed its features to Farragut West Knox Chamber of Commerce members during FWKCC’s networking Thursday morning, Feb. 14.
Located at 810 Tapestry Way, it is situated on a hill overlooking Snyder Road.
Scarlet Stomieroski, Tapestry community manager, said an early April ribbon cutting is being planned.
“We are so pleased to be here at Tapestry at Turkey Creek at their first event with us,” FWKCC president/CEO Judy Blaylock said.
Stomieroski said Tapestry has “about 90 units” available to lease.
“We opened the clubhouse in June and we are now out of construction as of late October, so we are now fully open,” she added.
Tapestry, a smoke-free, pet-friendly environment, features upscale one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments with double-paned windows in the rooms and double vanities in the baths, its website stated.
Stomieroski invited Chamber members to tour the apartments with rooms featuring granite countertops and backsplash, plus stainless steel appliances in the island kitchens, abundant closet space, hardwood floors and built-in bookshelves.
“We’ve got a saltwater pool, a gazebo and a fitness center,” Stomieroski said.
The development also boasts a business center with high-speed Internet access, clubhouse, lounge, breakfast/coffee concierge area and coffee bar, game room and gaming stations, a courtyard, picnic area, sun deck plus Wi-Fi access at the pool and in the clubhouse and pet-washing station.
Also featured is a complimentary grocery and restaurant delivery service, planned social activities, wheelchair accessible rooms, door-to-door trash pick-up, dry-cleaning service and a property manager on site, as well as courtesy patrol.
The leasing office is open from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Friday, and from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Saturday.
It is closed Sunday.
