Devin, son Leo and Noel Robinson cool off their furry friend, Shaggy, at last year’s Fido Fest in Turkey Creek. The Pinnacle at Turkey Creek is hosting its 3rd Annual Fido Fest from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., Saturday, May 11, in front of the Belk’s Men’s Store, 11197 Parkside Drive. It celebrates furry friends with a wide array of dog-related activities such as a caricature artist, Young-Williams microchipping shuttle, puppy splash zone, custom T-shirts and pet hydration station compliments of First Utility District.

Meanwhile, human festival-goers can enjoy live entertainment and food from various food trucks. Admission is a $5 donation to Young-Williams Animal Center. For more information, call 865-675-0120.
