Rain did not dampen the enthusiasm for 35th Annual Bob Watt Youth Fishing Rodeo, held Saturday, May 11, at Anchor Park off Turkey Creek Road.

Officials registered 128 youngsters who fished for nearly two hours under the watchful eye of parents, grandparents and family friends — many of whom joined in the fun, as Town of Farragut provided a number of fishing poles and plenty of bait.

Big winners for the day were Nevaeh Pray, who caught the biggest fish (3.1 pounds), and Reid Vining, who caught the largest number of fish (26).
