KCSO police reports

• At 1:27 p.m., Thursday, Jan. 30, a complainant called Knox County Sheriff’s Office West Precinct to report a theft at a Bradbury Road residence. He advised his ex-wife was taken off his TVA account as an authorized user in October of 2018, but he recently noticed she was making payments to her Best Buy account using his TVA account. He advised at first it was a very small amount twice, $11.54, then the last time was $100. He stated he spoke with the bank, and he was able to get the $100 refunded, but not the $23.08 due to that being too long ago. He advised the suspect did this online, so he had no way of knowing where she did this.

• At 10:24 p.m., Wednesday, Jan. 29, a complainant called the Teleserve Unit at Knox County Sheriff’s Office to report a stolen wallet from Newk’s, 11527 Parkside Drive. Complainant advised while she was in the restaurant she last saw her wallet inside her purse, which was open on the back of her chair. She advised upon returning home her husband questioned her about some suspicious charges on her credit cards. She advised upon checking in her purse she discovered the wallet had been stolen. Total value of loss was listed at $350.

• At 7:43 p.m., Tuesday, Jan. 28, a complainant called KCSO Teleserve Unit to report a stolen vehicle, a 2018 Nissan NV-200, from the parking lot of Planet Fitness, 11433 Kingston Pike. Total value of loss was listed at $14,000. Complainant advised he went into the gym when someone stole his bag with keys in it. He later found the bag with all contents intact, except for the vehicle keys. Complainant advised he then went out to the parking lot to find the vehicle stolen.

• At 9:58 a.m., Monday, Jan. 27, a complainant called KCSO West Precinct to report a burglary to her vehicle, a 2017 Volvo XC9, at a Matthews Cove Lane address. She advised an unknown suspect gained entry to her vehicle by unknown means and took an Apple computer with a value listed at $500.

• At 2:51 p.m., Thursday, Jan. 23, a complainant called KCSO Teleserve Unit to report vandalism to a vehicle, a 2015 Mazda CX-5, in the parking lot of Cool Sports, 110 S. Watt Road. Complainant advised she noticed her vehicle had been broken into at 1:30 earlier that day. Complainant advised access was gained to the vehicle after a rock was thrown through the driver’s side window. Complainant advised no items were stolen from the vehicle
