15th Annual Shamrock Ball set for March 7 in center

Fathers and daughters will have a chance to kick up their heels when Town of Farragu hosts its 15th Annual Shamrock Ball – A Father-Daughter Dance.

The event, slated from 7 to 9 p.m., Saturday, March 7, will have a new venue, the gymnasium of Farragut Community Center, at 239 Jamestowne Blvd.

“Fathers and daughters of all ages, as well as other family members, are welcome and encouraged to attend as we welcome you to our new venue,” said Wendy Smith, Farragut public relations and marketing coordinator.

Proceeds benefit the Kiwanis Teen Driving Rodeo, Kiwanis Fresh Air Camp and Farragut Community Center equipment.

Advance tickets can be purchased through noon, Friday, March 6, by visiting the Town’s website at townoffarragut.org/register, by phone at 865-218-3375 or in person on the second floor of Farragut Town Hall, 11408 Municipal Center Drive, or at Farragut Community Center Parks & Recreation office during regular business hours, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
