KCSO police reports

• On Monday, Aug.17, Knox County Sheriff’s Office units responded to a domestic disturbance at a Blacks Ferry Road residence. Complainant/victim advised his sister, the suspect, had come to the residence and stolen his phone out of his truck, a 1995 Ford F-150. Victim and the suspect had been in verbal arguments over possession of the truck.

Victim said he and his sister had not been physical with each other, just arguing over the truck and he wanted a report filed for the loss of his cellphone, a Samsung, but he did not know the model of the phone. Value of the phone was listed at $100.

• At 9:27 a.m., Saturday, Aug. 15, a complainant called KCSO Teleserve Unit to report a vandalism at her Congressional Pointe residence. Complainant advised the incident occurred between midnight and 7:30 a.m., Aug. 15. Complainant advised an unknown suspect egged two of the vehicles on the property, a 2012 Ford Mustang and a 2013 BMW X5, and the front porch.

Complainant advised the vehicles’ and porch’s paint had been damaged by the eggs. Total value of damage was listed at $3,000 for the vehicle paint and $200 for the porch.

• At 5:09 p.m., Friday, Aug. 14, an officer responded to the intersection of Old Stage Road and Triple Crown Road in reference to a wreck without injury involving a 1999 Honda Accord. Eventual arrestee advised he was just cited yesterday for driving on a revoked license. A records check revealed he had a revoked driver license.

Eventual arrestee also had a history of suspensions due to failing to satisfy citations. He was then taken into custody and transported to Knox County Detention Facility.

• At 6:08 p.m., Thursday, Aug. 13, officers responded to Kroger, 189 Brooklawn St., in reference to a domestic disturbance. Once on scene officers made contact with victim, who said his wife, suspect, was sending him threatening text messages. Victim said she started sending him the messages when he was with his friends in Knox County.

Officers observed messages from the suspect stating she was “going to end him” and that she “had a knife and a gun.” Victim was advised of his rights and was given a Family Crisis Blue card.
