PostalAnnex moves to new site
The owners, Marcelle and Al Hazari, held a ribbon cutting, hosted by Farragut West Knox Chamber of Commerce, to celebrate their new location Monday, Sept. 21.
“It’s been going well,” Al said about the move.
“So far, so good,” Marcelle added. “I’m getting my customers back. For the months of July and August, we had a sign over there (to notify customers of the move).”
She first opened the business in 2015, after retiring from Walmart, in Landings shopping center near Kroger in Cedar Bluff.
“We stayed five years (at that Landings location), then we decided to find another place,” Al said. ”We wanted to find one that was not too far. We found a perfect place, just across the street.”
PostalAnnex provides all customers’ shipping needs, working with U.S. Postal Service, ground FedEx, FedEx Express, UPS and DHL, an international shipping company.
“We have all the carriers here,” Marcelle said.
“We also accept drop-off packages,” Al added.
Marcelle said they also will pack boxes for shipping and even gift-wrap items being shipped.
Additionally, the Hazaris provide private mailbox rental, walk-in notary and mobile notary and fax services, copy and printing services; binding and laminating, website and e-commerce services, secure shredding, most key making, passport photos to renew passports and gift items.
They also provide IdentoGo, a fingerprinting service. He said the fingerprinting is by appointment only by signing up online at indentigo.com.
PostalAnnex is open from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Friday, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Saturday, and closed Sunday.
