KCSO reports

• At 7:50 p.m., Sunday, Dec. 6, Knox County Sheriff’s Office Teleserve Unit received notice from a mother that her daughter was missing from a friend’s house along Augusta National Way. Complainant said her husband was last in contact with the daughter around 5:50 p.m. that day when he texted her to head home for dinner. The mother said her daughter responded immediately, stating “OK.” Complainant advised that was their last contact. However, upon speaking with one of the parents at the Augusta National Way address, she said she witnessed the missing daughter leave the residence around 6:10 p.m. in what the report stated was an orange 2005 Pontiac G6.

• At 12:34 p.m., Dec. 6, a complainant called KCSO Teleserve Unit to report an attempted burglary to his vehicles at a Derby Run Drive residence. Complainant said he discovered his 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe and 2016 BMW 328i had been broken into by an unknown suspect. He said the vehicles had been locked but advised no visible damage was done to gain access. He advised no items were stolen but the consoles and glove boxes had been rummaged through.
