About 120 Farragut and Knox County leaders and representatives from local businesses received an update on the dynamics of the local real estate market during Farragut West Knox Chamber of Commerce’s Breakfast Speaker Series — Housing … Forecast for Farragut, West Knox & Beyond! — in Rothchild Catering & Convention Center, 8807 Kingston Pike in West Knoxville Tuesday, Jan. 18.

Moderated by Alan Williams of WVLT-TV Channel 8, attendees heard from panelists, which included Nick McBride, Knox County Register of Deeds; Hancen Sale, Government Affairs & Policy director at Knoxville Area Association of Realtors; and John Cook, president of Home Builders Association of Greater Knoxville and owner of Cooke Bros. Homes.

Additionally, Eric Whitener with The Knox Fox Real Estate Group introduced a new FWKCC Enterprise member, Mick Essex of Waverly. Essex then presented the Chamber’s Continuing Scholarships to Lisa Sulewski of Concord Veterinary Hospital ($500) and Bruce Koopman of R&B Tax and Accounting ($150).
