Scores of alumni from the original Farragut High School campus near the corner of Concord Road and Kingston Pike, representing graduating classes from late 1940s into the 1970s, enjoyed annual FHS Grand Reunion Saturday morning, May 7, in Virtue Cumberland Presbyterian Church’s Family Life Center.
In addition to reminiscing with fellow classmates — some not having seen each other in decades — alumni rummaged through FHS memorabilia and press clippings while enjoying light snacks.
Among those who annually attend the Grand Reunion each first Saturday in May are the Hall brothers, five strong, who also have volunteered down through the years to help set up the Reunion: Charles Hall (Class of 1949), Ken Hall (1954), Earl Hall (1956), Jerry Hall (1958) and Ralph Hall (1960).
