Concord events
• Knoxville’s Own Heartland Quartet will perform in Concord Presbyterian Church, 11000 Second St. in Old Historic Concord, beginning at 11 a.m., Sunday, April 27.
• Annual Farragut High School Grand Reunion returns to Virtue Church Fellowship Hall, 725 Virtue Road, from 8:30 to 11:30 a.m., Saturday, May 3. A $5 donations is requested from all attendees.
Enjoy coffee and donuts while getting caught up “on the latest” with fellow classmates who all attended FHS at the Old School location near the corner of Kingston Pike and Concord Road (through 1975-76 school year). A few prize drawings also will be part of the festivities. Yearbooks and other memorabilia dating back to the 1950s, 1960 and 1970s will be available to view.
