Sullivan named CAK’s new elementary assistant principal

The Christian Academy of Knoxville announces the appointment of Brandon Sullivan as its new Elementary assistant principal.

“Mr. Sullivan brings more than a decade of experience in elementary education, along with a strong background in academic leadership,” a CAK press release stated. “Before joining CAK’s faculty two years ago, he served as an academic dean, where he played a key role in guiding instructional strategy, professional development and curriculum decisions.”

Sullivan holds a degree from Liberty University and is an active member of Cedar Springs Presbyterian Church, where he serves as an elder and is part of the children’s ministry leadership team.

“Mr. Sullivan’s heart for students and commitment to academic excellence have already made a strong impact in our classrooms,” said Kim Giles, elementary principal.

Head of School Rich Fulford added, “… His instructional expertise will serve our teachers well in professional growth, while his warm, approachable and encouraging personality will provide an outstanding example of Christ-like behavior for our students.”

“… Teaching in Christian education has been one of the greatest passions of my life, and I’m so thankful for the opportunity to continue serving our students, families and staff in this new capacity,” Sullivan said.
