‘Airborne’ is Flying Biscuit Café, taking off in Turkey Creek

A popular breakfast/brunch restaurant owned and operated by Knoxville resident and entrepreneur Chris Compton, he brings more than 20 years of experience owning and operating multiple startup ventures, according to the press release.
“Having worked with restaurants for many years through his other businesses, Compton saw Flying Biscuit Café as the perfect fit for Knoxville,” the release further stated.
“I’ve always wanted to own a great place where families can eat and enjoy themselves,” Compton stated.
“We need more breakfast and brunch options in this area, and Flying Biscuit offers both incredible food and a welcoming atmosphere,” he added. “I’m especially excited to open the first Flying Biscuit Café in the state of Tennessee — and within our community.”
“Flying Biscuit knows great food brings everyone to the table,” the release stated.
The Café also “provides a range of catering services with customizable menus” while offering delivery and takeout.
Operating hours are from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m., Monday through Friday, and from 7 to 3 p.m., Saturday and Sunday.
