Farragut area children had their day of exploring and climbing when Town of Farragut hosted its annual Fun with Farragut Fleet in Mayor Bob Leonard Park off Watt Road Saturday, Aug. 23.

Parents watched as their children climbed on the Town’s tractors, lawn mowers, backhoes and more. And, the fun did not end there. Knox County Sheriff’s Office, Rural Metro Fire, First Utility District and construction companies made their vehicles available to investigate and even blow horns.

Youngsters checked out the sheriff’s office’s helicopter, motorcycles, cruisers, SWAT vehicle and hazardous waste vehicle; a fire truck, concrete truck and utility trucks.
