• NAI Koella | RM Moore recently announced three of its brokers have been recognized by NAI Global as Top Producers Worldwide for 2025. Among those receiving this prestigious honor are president and principal broker Roger Moore, senior investment sales advisor Heidi Adams and a third NAI Koella | RM Moore senior advisor.
NAI Global identifies top producers through high-volume, performance-based metrics across an international network of more than 300 offices and more than 5,000 brokers, according to a press release. Top producers are recognized based on their local expertise, industry specialization, market intelligence and the consistent creation of long-term value. They also must generate more than $1,000,000 in gross commission income and represent the top 2 percent of brokers.
All three NAI Koella | RM Moore brokers placed in the Top 80 of top producers, including Roger Moore in 29th place, Heidi Adams in 67th place and the third senior advisor placed 78th on the list.
• Pinnacle Financial Partners welcomes Austin Sanders to its Knoxville team as a trust portfolio manager in the Northshore office, where he will partner with clients to deliver personalized investment strategies and long-term financial guidance.
Sanders brings a decade of experience in investment and portfolio management with a strong background in serving high-net-worth and institutional clients. He joins Pinnacle from First Horizon, where he most recently served as a senior portfolio manager. His expertise includes asset allocation, portfolio construction, performance analysis and regulatory compliance.
• SmartBank recently announced the promotion
of Cynthia A. Cain to the position of chief operating officer, effectively immediately.
Cain brings more than three decades of experience to the role, having served most recently as SmartBank’s chief accounting officer. Her institutional knowledge and extensive background in financial operations make her uniquely qualified to lead its strategic efforts.
