Turner Homes unveils new umbrella brand

“Turner Companies helps eliminate that friction by aligning essential services within a single framework, giving customers more flexibility in how they move through the home journey,” the release stated. “Turner Companies acknowledges Turner Homes’ more than 55-year legacy in East Tennessee while celebrating the strength of its expanded service portfolio.”
Under the new brand, Turner Companies encompasses Clouds Rest Development, Turner Homes, Woody Creek Realty, Fortress Title Group, Home Front Mortgage and Fortress Capital.
Now, Turner Companies operate across East Tennessee with teams serving both the Knoxville and Chattanooga markets.
“As part of this transition, leadership titles have been updated to reflect the broader scope of the organization,” the press release stated. “While these leaders have long supported the full portfolio of Turner Companies, their titles now align with their responsibilities across all business lines.”
Andrew Fraser will serve as chief executive officer of Turner Companies. He succeeds Mike Turner, who will transition into an advisory capacity as chairman. Lisa Stridde will serve as chief operating officer; Amanda Johnson as chief sales officer; and Jenny Brewer as chief financial officer.
“Turner Companies exists to provide a seamless path home for buyers,” Fraser said. “That path may involve renting, purchasing, selling or investing in real estate.
“By aligning our businesses under one vision and
brand, we give buyers greater flexibility, clarity and continuity through every step of their housing experience,” he added.

• Fortress Capital: capital management and investor relations.
Earlier this year, the companies consolidated into a shared headquarters, where a joint management team works together to align strategy, operations and customer service across all entities, according to the press release.
