Farragut Harvest Festival returning this October
More than 30 vendors are scheduled to be on hand with space available for approximately five more, according
to Shop Farragut executive director Ashley Lynch. She noted First Century as the presenting sponsor, along
with Town of Farragut, Lee Company and Grayson BMW as well.
Trick or treating options will be available for children, and there will be a costume contest with judging at 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. that day. Also, live music will be on hand, and vendor shopping will be available as well.
The Sherry’s German Street Food truck will be in attendance, as will That Pour Thing with plenty of offerings.
The German food truck offers everything from meat dishes to pretzels and desserts while That Pour Thing includes custom drink fusions with creamy twists, along with popcorn and apple slices with drizzles and toppings, too.
Alcohol will be available at the Water into Wine tent, and people can find goodies from ShopFarragut and others there, too.
For Lynch, this event is a bit different than Dog Daze, which she undertook this summer as part of her first year as the executive director.
“It’s a lot more simple,” she said. “Dog Daze is three days, and this is just one, but still the same action-packed fun. It’s going to be a great time and a great way to participate in the community.”
